I know..it is just an Alfa for most of you, but later next year should arrive the Quadrifoglio MKII with new front, new rear, new lights and new interiors and possibly the 540 hp of the GTA..Not bad alternative at all...

That front would be epic. I hate the current one, it's too soft and the circle lens in the headlights are ugly.

I made no secret that I'm not a fan of it, but the M3 is the least worse one. At least still looks like a BMW. The M4 looks a mix of Lexus RC with Audi A5.

As can be seen by this 2015 QR Test of the 431PS M4 its 0-100km/h time is only 0.1sec slower than the 50PS more powerful new base M4 and 0-200km/h at 13.7sec is identical to the new model. Overtaking 70-120km/h in 4.2sec. So this is not really any progress in 6 years. Makes the F82 even more of an impressive car than the new one.

kudos to the helicopter cable that didn't snap due to heavier weight! Nevertheless, pretty interesting to see how they loaded the car on platform. After seeing G82 M4 in videos / photos, BMW needs to show different color variations to illustrate the lines/curves/shadows on the new body style better.

I don't really mind BMW selling lots of these ridiculously riced out versions to Asian and American racer boys in lieu of tuned Hondas, Toyotas and Chevys, we won't be seeing these in Europe anyway. BMW are just preempting what the aftermarket aficionados would be doing to their cars anyway while offering OEM grade parts and getting paid for it.

Hopefully though the majority won't be optioning the full sadomasochistic red and black look with vinyl face mask, and will instead prefer the tasteful iconic white adorned with the tri-color M decals which accommodates the vast array of carbon accessories much more lightly and elegantly

Although CF in the cabin is generous there is no alternativ such as gloss black or different inlays. Inside and out it's a go bold or go home type car.

That's just a UK thing. In Germany, for example, there are a choice of six interior inlay trims.
