M3/M4 [Official] 2021 BMW M3 and M4 [G80 & G82]

The BMW M3 is a high-performance version of the BMW 3 Series, developed by BMW's in-house motorsport division, BMW M GmbH. M3 models have been produced for every generation of 3 Series since the E30 M3 was introduced in 1986. The BMW M4 is a high-performance version of the BMW 4 Series automobile developed by BMW's motorsport division, BMW M, that has been built since 2014. As part of the renumbering that splits the coupé and convertible variants of the 3 Series into the 4 Series, the M4 replaced those variants of the BMW M3. Official website: BMW M

The price is fine. In the UK it's £33,000 more than an M3 xDrive. However the CS the ultimate pack which is £11,000. Therefore the cost in the additional hardware and software is "only" £22,000". Bear in mind that if you mod a G80 properly, then you would easily spend £10-22k on chassis and exterior carbon. However a modded car is more expensive to insure and has damaged resale value.

A CS however bis, by insurance companies, recognised as a model. Therefore in the event of a crash or theft, you would be reimbursed for the full value of the car.

There you go. There's your man maths for justifying to your pregnant wife why she should give you blessings to buy an M3 CS. :p

Beyond that it is "white", that of the frozen etc. You can tell that there is something there, it does make it look special in some way, that torsion bar, the same as that of the CSL, is goldsmithing

The amount of variety on this chassis/platform is incredible. From the entire M2, M3 and M4 range to all of the different power levels and special models with each variant.

The choice between transmission, RWD / AWD and body-styles is incredible. Heck, you can even go full electric with the i4M50.

This platform is in a league of its own.

Had it cleaned recently.

After a couple of hundred miles this morning it's now filthy again!

Loving this car. Big step up from my F80.
Goodness me, that's a beautiful colour. Remind me again what it is please.
One of the best-looking M4s I've seen.

This colour really pops in 4k. It must be an eye opener IRL. Interesting to note his opinion of the harsh/not-so-perfect ride quality at low speeds transcending into something more akin to traditional M dynamics at higher speeds. His videos are generally quite cool with great POV canyon driving shots towards the end.

Beautiful mate. What aspects of the car do you like the most?

I'm pretty damned satisfied with how well rounded it is. My only want would be more engine noise.

Frozen Solid White and the Gold alloys work extremely well.
The wheels are not the optional M Performance of the competition, correct? I think these are like an evolution of those...
Are they the CSL but in gold?

The king of sleepers (if you don't look at the front):

BMW M

BMW M GmbH, formerly known as BMW Motorsport GmbH, is a subsidiary of BMW AG that manufactures high-performance luxury cars. BMW M ("M" for "motorsport") was initially created to facilitate BMW's racing program, which was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. As time passed, BMW M began to supplement BMW's vehicle portfolio with specially modified higher trim models, for which they are now most known by the general public. These M-badged cars traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. All M models are tested and tuned at BMW's private facility at the Nürburgring racing circuit in Germany.
