Wow...just wow. Well, the tastes differ. But to me, and I know that the A6 line is also known for, the full-LED headlights are the sexiest headlights in the whole car industry. I don't think that is it. It is simply bad quality glass or bad quality production. The RS6 has the traditional metal lines.
You can see them on this pic.

The white sports are seen on many new and older cars, MBZ, BMW, etc of all brands. But not all cars have them. And they are not always seen with naked eye in all conditions. If you looks at the other pics of RS6 they don't have these spots.
