One thing - minor - is that it would have been nice to have a few examples in other colors. In silver it looks great and you can really see the body shape properly, but still, black, red and yellow would have been great. Won't be long though...

There are actually a couple of reasons Audi prefered the silver color for presentation:
-The first TT in concept form was presented as silver.
-Silver is the color of aluminium and this car uses mainly that metal for it's chassis.

All i can say that car looks great from every angle and interior is just gorgeous, as by RS4. I won't say for the SLK, but Z4 in terms of exterior and interior design doesn't stand a chance. Bravo, Audi! :eusa_clap  :usa7uh:

:t-cheers:

I'm really liking the way they launched this car too looks like everyone had a great time and the giant TT is just awesome.

The car looks a lot roomier than the previous model too. It looks like a real car instead of a toy.

very similar to the concept car we saw a few months ago so Audi hardly surprised us with the official car.

Yes, whilst no surprises in the form and function department, this new TT nevertheless looks tremendous. Ok, so it's lost some of that Bauhaus art deco appeal of the original car but that was inevitable. The shape is instantly appealing with the pert, short overhang rear giving that car a sporty stance. The interior isn't as minimalistically well executed as the original TT's either but it remains beautifully built with spectacular quality and detailing.

I have a feeling that the recessed switch gear well in the centre console may be the only ergonomic blight in this otherwise fabulously crafted interior. But let me make final judgements when I, eventually, get to sit in one. Another fine effort from Audi. I've said this before but they really are... so hot right now.

Oh, just one other thing: I still prefer the Shooting Brake to this, especially the inlet "nostrils" on that car's front bumper.

While no real suprise, this is another masterstroke by the design team at Audi. Some highlights include:

- Those fabulous wheels. While it looks fairly simple, it has the complexity that makes it distinctive. However, it's not too complex to detract from the crisp, modern styling of the TT.

- That interior. Like Martin said, the ergonomics of the recessed switchgear might seem questionable, it looks utterly brilliant - as is the rest of the interior.

The rest of the car looks good though. The best angles of the car are from the the front and rear 3/4 views. Awesome. Whether it really beats the SLK, Z4 and the Boxster from an aesthetic point of view is debateable, but it's undeniable, it looks utterly brilliant.

to begin with, i have to say "well done Audi". TT seems to be a great car. Very nice design, fresh looking, engines should be nice, so it will be a hot-seller, judging from the sales numbers of the previous generation. And here are my comments:

Interior: It sure looks good, but reminds me a lot of the rest of the Audi lineup. IMO, it should look a bit more different. I'm kinda sceptic about the steering wheel. The bottom end looks like it's taken from an old plane. The materials' quality seems good, looking at the high-res images.

Exterior: It definitelly looks good and fresh. I actually like it. But, i am not impressed. And this is because, i almost already knew how it would look like, nad because i am not a fun of this design. The front adapts the new brand ID fronts, and the rear is a bit akward, though.

If I say something negative about Z4, do I get Karma from you? :D j/k

They gut just put exactly what I think, in his own way. What's wrong now?

Btw, I love the 2.5.1 TT scultpture...very cool.

The real life pictures are fabolous, the car looks like a concept. The colour of the car is perfect for the car and intensifies the sexy and robotic lines of this beauty. I really give this car a thumb up, Audi has done a brilliant job, can't wait to see their up coming cars. :usa7uh:

Oh,i didn't realised it would be coming this week..so i'm a little late, but the most important thing is i love what i'm seeing..:icondrool Down to detail, those third dimension braking lights are cool when they're on..good job, audi :usa7uh:

Beautiful car.

Audi has down a caymanish competitor I would say. This dog looks so nice and I would definitely consider it over the cayman if of course the figures match.

Good job Audi.

damn hot interior
