So about a week ago we finally said goodbye to mums W204 C200K after 7 years of faultless service (picked up in September 2008). It was truly sad to see this car go as it was a brilliant ownership experience from start to finish. Undoubtedly a return to form for Mercedes as the car never failed to impress with its level of comfort, refinement, luxury and fualtess service.
But all good things must come to an end and the sale of the W204 made way for a new C250 W205. After 2 days I am astounded by what a leap this car is over the W204. Mum's car is absolutely exemplary in terms of finish and perceived build quality and the car feels at least 1.5 generations ahead of the W204 in terms of refinement, luxury, interior design, technology etc.
