Buying Looking for Sequential Gearbox, Rear End, and Electronics Support – 2014 C250 AMG Race Build (SCCA/STU)

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out from the States — my dad and I are running a 2014 Mercedes-Benz C250 AMG Sport (W204) in SCCA (STU class), and as far as we know, it’s currently the only C250 racing in the SCCA. The car’s been fully built from the ground up and is performing well, but we’re now looking to take it to the next level in power and driveline performance.

  • Engine: M271 EVO 1.8L / 2.0L turbocharged (built internals)
  • Power goal: 400–600 HP range (safe and reliable track setup)
  • Transmission: Tiptronic auto (stock)
  • Class: SCCA STU (Sport Touring Under)
  • Use: Road racing / circuit
  • Sequential gearbox (complete or adaptable) for RWD W204 platform
  • Rear end / differential setup suggestions or sourcing (gearing and LSD options)
  • Electronics – standalone ECU, CAN integration, paddle-shift compatibility, flat-shift / blip solutions
  • European contacts / suppliers experienced with AMG race builds, DTM setups, or custom driveline fabrication
We’re aware the W204 platform isn’t a common race build, but we’re committed — the motor is already built and tuned, and now we’re focused on refining drivetrain, power delivery, and electronics to match. We’d love to connect with anyone in Europe who has experience with DTM-spec drivetrains, sequential conversions, or high-power M271 turbo setups.

If you know anyone building or supplying Quaife / PPG / HGT sequential kits, or if you have a contact for custom bellhousing or ECU wiring integration, we’d really appreciate a lead.

Happy to share photos, specs, or dyno data if that helps the discussion.

Cheers,
Leucus
