Looks good,I think it will probably address most issues I have with the interior. Hopefully the AMG comes with full leather as standard.

its a nice subtle update to hold us while we wait for the W213 but like Monster said why waste extra screen space, but i'd still would have liked to see some new plushier materials, still nice overall

It looks rather the same as the last one, but this is just a slight update. I think it will be just fine. I'm sure the small screen and plastic-looking dash are due to it being a base model. As you go up the range it should get better.

Black dashboards never photograph well with a flash, no matter how high quality they are.

They updates don't look massive. They don't need to be. They just need to refine the material of the dashboard and doors as they did with the C.

Its time to just show the car, no more camo pics, we've seen enough of them and they aren't getting any more revealing.

I always wished Mercedes changes these fat, taxi looking tail lights in the cabriolet. These tail lights have never fit to the sporty 2010+ cabriolet. The back of the car felt heavy, too heavy. From what I can see, they probably changed tail lights to be narrower vertically. If that is true, then a very very good decision. Am I right with what i see or just an optical illusion?

I also hope that gear lever will disappear in cabriolet and become replaced with steering wheel paddle shift. That gear lever reminding old 5-speed automatic gearbox as in old taxi never fit there as well.

What are you talking about?

Guys, I mean the gear lever between passenger and the driver. Limousine does not have it anymore,CLS, A as well, you change gears on the steering wheel. The car looks more elegant this way.

So I am wondering if that gear lever disappeared like in limousine and CLS/A or is it still there (long, ugly, generic looking lever)

They leave it on the coupe, as it's considered more sporty. Our E-63 has a gearstick between the driver and passenger. It also has paddles for gear hangs on the steering wheel. I do agree that the centre between the seats looks cleaner without the gearstick, the gear lever on the steering wheel is a bit grandpa though.

I'm not whether it can be called a teaser video for E-Class facelift, felt the it is the new E-Class headlights.
