As you may already know, Mercedes-Benz has prepared specially for its new mid-SUV GLK-Klasse a special edition, badged 'Edition 1', which will be available when the sales of the model will kick off in the autumn 2008. The GLK Edition 1 features a series of visual enhancements that make the car unique:sporty front and rear aprons, double-pipe exhaust system, 20-inches alloy rims, 3-spoke AMG steering wheel, bi-colour leather upholstery, aluminium trim on the dashboard, special instrument cluster with separated gauges, and not to forget, mud carpets inscriptioned 'Edition 1'. All GLK Edition 1 models feature the Calcitweiss paint finish for the exterior, but customers also have the possibility to choose from a wide range of other colours. The special GLK can be powered by any of the V6 units available.

^Lol:D

Those rims are so freaking fabulous and fill the arches really well:D

Wow..im surprised lots of ppl dnt like the looks of the car, i think it looks awesome...like a true baby GL.......:t-cheers:

The xterior is fine.. I just still have issues with the interior. I hope it looks more harmonious in person. From the pics, it just looks like a parts bin, where MB took different pieces from different models and made the interior. The angles are all over the place. I don't know, we'll see...

I am starting to like this car more and more! It's like the SL facelift. First of all, I wasn't really a fan of it, but by the time, I am starting to love it!

The car looks so substantial. More so than the ML, which is blah compared with all the unique character this car. The ML facelift looks very minor.
