The Koenigsegg Regera is a limited production, plug-in hybrid grand touring sports car manufactured by Swedish automotive manufacturer Koenigsegg. It was unveiled at the March 2015 Geneva Motor Show. I figure that much. I mean interms of testing; Ksegg seems to be allergic to magazine tests.
Maybe some answer to your question about how fast it's to 400kmh and back to 0 in 31.49sec.

0-400kmh in 22.87sec.

I wonder how fast the Chiron 300+ Supersport is compared to this. 30sec? Lol

Looking at the indicated speeds and also the times on the video, these are estimated acceleration figures:
0-100km/h in 4sec
0-160km/h in 6sec
0-200km/h in 8sec
0-300km/h in 14sec
from 100-200km/h in 4sec
from 100-300km/h in 11sec

So if a Porsche 918 had to race this car from standstill the Porsche would probably have a lead up to about 220km/h and then the Regera would overtake and be more than 5sec ahead at 300km/h. Its f&cken fast.

Looking at the clock, it left the line at the trailing edge of 43s. 100kph was on trailing edge of 1:20.

I think in a full 4s it got to 111kph, in a full 6s 198kph, 230kph just before a full 8s. 100-200kph about 3.5s. 100-200kph in 10s dead.

So you're probably looking at 0-300kph in 13s, which is ironically what the Veyron first 'promised' about 15+ years ago. I think they thought it would weigh 1500kg back then though. A rather strange looking modded R32 GT-R also made a similar time way back 25ish years ago. :D
