XF Jaguar XF-R (Spy pics & info)

The Jaguar XF (X250) is an executive luxury sports saloon car that was manufactured and marketed by the British automobile manufacturer Jaguar Cars. Launched in Autumn 2007 as a replacement for the S-Type, the XF was designated internally as the X250. The X250 was succeeded by the X260 in 2015.
Surely the Toyota Avensis is a monumentally dull car, but someone had to notice...

Wimmer would have done the same, I suppose. :t-hands: Oh yes, according to the DVLA website of which I got the information on the Avensis, the black beauty is powered by a 5.0 V8 petrol engine. It is indeed the new XF-R.

That is looking very serious. What a way to attract attention by using a red mule. My mouth is watering now. Launch can't be more than 4 weeks away.

Should have 500hp and be simply gorgeous. Jaguar is coming to come back, just wait and see.

Can't wait for the press release!! Looks great and should really become a great competitor for the german car manufactures…

An even more hardcore version of the super-successful Jaguar XF saloon is being readied by Jaguar. The car, to be badged Jaguar XFR-S (after last year’s XKR-S coupe) will be even more extreme than the 500bhp Jaguar XFR due to be launched at this week’s Detroit motor show.

The bonnet looks suspiciously like the one from the concept XF, remember how good that car looked?

Obviously the headlights will not be that beautiful but could this concept have been a signal of Jaguar's intent for the R model?

That red one looks pretty good. The spy shots are all over the world/place now, time to show the real car. More of the same....
