Two completely different engines of course - the only similarity being both V6s - the “Nettuno” in the Maserati is excellent but the F163 is a masterpiece. I think it’s the best V6 ever made.

I test drove this. Honestly, not much to write about. Doesn’t sound very great. Isn’t all that quick. Steering is OK but not telepathic. Interior is quite boring.

Ride quality is good, though. I find the exterior styling sublime. But to me, not enough to justify the pricing. At $150k I’d bite. Not $250k.
