I had 1 hour during my lunchtime to eat sth but decided instead to make use of the opportunity that I'm again in Berlin and visit the showroom at Kudamm Street.

The new 5 Series is simply gorgeous Maybe the beige interior would be not my choice but the car is simply great. I look forward to unveiling of the M package version and of course the M5.

This car has grown on me very quickly. I also love the interior, and I think that this is even nicer looking than the E.

BMW has done the impossible, the best looking sedan and wagon in the segment. As far as 4-doors go, only the Jaguar XF is really close to it. Wagon wise it would be the A6 Avant. The E-Class will just have to sit this round out.

With the economy picking up quite formidably here in Germany, sales of executive-class premium automobiles are on a healthy rebound. The F10 surpassed the W212 in unit sales for the first time in October. Quite impressive actually, as the W212 has had an apparent stranglehold on that market segment for many months. Taxi fleet sales will have something to do with that, of course.
It will be interesting to see how the soon to be released new Audi A6 fares in this fiercely fought segment of the market. The competition has never been tougher. Hopefully for Audi, the a new A6 has never been better. IMHO, the F10 5 series is a masterpiece regarding its' aesthetic qualities.
