The i4/4 series is selling more than ever, even more than the 3 series

Sedans like the 5 don't even start yet and the 7 will be seen at the end of this year, so am I missing any?
Sales is one metric though? An important and an imposing one but one only.

Not sure about the W214, but i5 reviews are starting to come out and I am already reading how much the BMW gives the EQE a run for its money.

Not that there's any secret sauce about what BMW does. It simply spends more money per car than MB does. And it clearly shows up.

I was typing this and my colleagues already replied. I'd like to understand this more.

From a pre production prototyping viewpoint manufacturers have never revealed to my knowledge how much they've spent.- I'm just asking, that's all.

Making an interior cheaper is saving money in my book

That doesn’t tell you anything about what it costs them internally to develop and build the car man.

Well, that is not entirely accurate, more like not at all, maybe you are very young but you can Google Mercedes no more than 20 or 30 years ago after the glorious W214 generations, not to mention what the indestructible BMWs were (the historic ones). ) and then those from the 60's, 70's, 80's, etc. and how good the current ones are, where no one questions them, but not like the current Mercedes where everyone has something to say

But you can answer this like you do when the S class loses the comparative tests to the 7 series or the EQE to the i5 with a muscular arm.....

Thank You atleast that's something. I'll look into it at somepoint but it won't be soon just saying. But it's short tight and precise.

But sitting in the cars and twiddling with the knobs type scenario is as I outlined above, perceptions and opinions. It took me 10 seconds to find the latest Autorcar test and they were saying the opposite LOL!
