So you have driven the car and honestly say this is the truth?
Obviosly some people here can see the fun with a SUV, I don't.
In my opinion both are absolutely overdone - would go for a Range Rover TDV8 or ML 420 CDI…
In my opinion those two are absolutely overdone!![]()

Love the Q7!
But I couldn't resist a Range Rover Vogue 4.2 Supercharged
If I was buy an SUV i'd at least want something capable of off-roading even with road tires and well you can't get better than a RR

The BMW X6 xDrive35d, perfect engine in a nice shell.

LOL, no way. a 6 cylinder diesel is far, far from the perfect engine in this car. X6 class cars need a V8 period. Either the 407 hp, 450 hp or 550 hp version. Plenty of choice.
And I've recently and extensively driven the Range Rover Vogue TDV8 with it's crappy 280 hp, and it's a slow ass 2600 kg monster without any fun whatsoever.
Yes you can: Mercedes G...
My choice BTW, a G55 AMG (not the 2009 though, I slightly prefer the old grille and wheels). I voted for the Cayenne, didn't see you could choose another.
Hehe, well the Range Rover isn't build for fun, but for cruising and long distance traveling…and in my opinion it's just perfect for that type of driving.
True. I must say is a crazy comfortable car, and the suspension is so fully adjustable, it's not even funny anymore![]()
It has more comfort features than any Cayenne, that's for sure. But a Cayenne or X6 cannot even be called SUVs next to it when comparing driving dynamics.

You would go for a ML 280 CDI (is it called 300 CDI know?!?!) or 350 CDI.
