Just realised this test and those prices pre-date the Brexit vote. At present exchange rate it's ~170k Euros. Also, the McLaren being the cheapest is really incredible. LOL at the price of the Audi.
Everything that comes from AutoBild and AutoBild Sportscars is available here on GCF.Oops. I did search as well, I just couldn't find it.![]()
Based on the 'ring time I would expect 1:30 easy, quite possibly even better. I'm really interested to see how much g it pulls on flat corners with no camber like HHR too.Hope they add the AMG GTR next time..would interesting to see the results.
it has more power?I am surprised how well the R8 did against the Turbo S.

The Lammy V10 can be surprisingly powerful. Take a look at the dyno graph on this page. It's over 600hp@crank for over 2000rpm and >650hp peak.Yes, it has more peak power (at least based on manufacturer's HP rating). but look where it is making its peak torque, at 6,500 RPM (which is far above the launch control launch of just over 4K RPM). The 911 Turbo S has much stronger low end torque (750Nm vs 560 Nm) and launches right at the torque peak RPM. So for the R8 Plus to stay right with the 911 Turbo S to 100km/h is somewhat surprising since the R8 is making much less power off the line.
