Interesting concept. I think it's too late for the passenger vehicle industry but outboards are another story. Its completely opposite to what Mercury have launched, they have gone with a 7.6l quad cam V12, Volvo just shuttered it Severn Marine outboard engine brand, and BRP closed Evinrude. It will be interesting to see how Yamaha respond.
