STIG - Different drivers for various type of vehicles
It's not just one person and there is no need to be a celebrity.
As I thought they've uncovered the "mystery" by showing up a celebrity like Michael Schumacher

It's like that - If they need a kart driver they will choose one of us, if they need rally driver they will choose one of the rally drivers and so on

I have that information from a driver in Formula Masters currently racing in kart series too.
