You look strangely happy to be cought, femalecop? :D Did you go in that rollercoaster? Looks scary.. Nice pic DeDe!

:D Unfortunately, The Big coasters were down. The red one is the normal seated one, the length is about 400 m, and 90 secs to complete it. Same as the blue, but the blue if more extreme....your legs will be hanging! More G forces. I did go the underground Mummy Returns one. Scared the shit outta me!

Brian, nice pics, that looks like Universal studios?

Thanks mate. Yeap. Universal Studios in Singapore. I'll post more pics soon!

^^Yeah, I thought it was funny too. LOL

Alright. Progress pic. So, here I was shrugging 315lbs and then right after this my brother in law puts 25 more lbs on each side and I did that too. So, I did 365lbs 4 times before my straps decided to quit on me. So, I could've done more. :D

Bro i would be more cautious with the weights if i were u..control and movement is much more important than just moving weights.:usa7uh:

Thanks bro. Yeah, for the past few months we were on a heavy weight routine. Starting next week we are going to have a 1.5-2 month light weight but high rep technique. I figured my form was getting messed up when I was worried about my grip more than anything.

Haha...Yeah bro. I stopped drinking alcohol on the weekdays. I have changed my diet as well. I'm slimmer than when I was in Egypt. The problem is sleep. The only time I really get good sleep in on the weekends. The rest of the week it's either get good sleep or workout because of school. I've decided to workout over my sleep.
