The lower front bumper needs some of that 3D surfacing like the 7er and 5er bumpers, but for the rest it looks pretty perfect :D

My concern was to the timeline of availlability of the tri turbo diesel.
Would it be upon launch or how long afterwards,,,,,,,but thanks anyway!!

I want and "WILL" get this new 6er tri-turbo diesel!!!!!
A month more or less (or five or six), I´ll just have to wait!!
Gonna go to Munich and camp out on the Welt garden and wait!(like the kids do at the concerts!). :t-cheers:

tri turbo? Bit overkill isnt it. Would hate to own that car out of warranty, cause when one turbo cause, you gotta replace all 3, and turbos sure aint cheap.

Cheap??:t-hands: What´s cheap today!???:eusa_thin
An e63 6er 635D costs "CLEAN" 103000 euros here in Portugal!!:t-banghea
Absolutely no extras, you even have to push it to the nearest gas station to fill it up!! So what´s cheap today!??

Someone once told me:"If you buy a Mercedes and then bitch about how expensive the insurance is, you can´t afford the car !!":t-cheers:

635d is €102,000 here :t-cheers:

M6 starts at €188,000..... but then again, you do get a full tank on delivery ;)

I just cant see why its necessary? Whats the advantage of having 3 turbos on a diesel engine? Does it really make such a big difference that its worth spending all that money to develop such a engine?

M6 is about AU$ 300,000 here. 760Li - AU$ ~370,000... Prices fluctuate all over the globe.

It´s the "I´m the first kid on the block, to have one", factor!!
"My toy is bigger than your toy!":banana:
Twenty years ago, I dreamt of having a Porsche 911 with 320 bhp, but couldn´t afford one!!
Now that I can afford one, BMW 6er with a 358bhp tri-turbo diesel engine, looks to me better than 911. I´m wrong, because nothing handles like a 911,
I don´t care,,,,,,,6er looks much better!!
There is no german "autobahn" in Portugal,,,,,,speed limit is 120 km/h here!!:t-cheers:

It's called downsizing. Instead of a big heavy V8 diesel, BMW is going for an I6 with 3 turbos. If they spend the money on the I6, they don't have to make a new V8 either.

The grille looks a bit 5er here, alpine, could you try to copy the one on the Gran Coupe Concept?.

The air intake on the PS is much better thna the one on the Concept.

SKYSONY: I hope I can but I am no good at PS.

Maybe member 04alpine325ci can chip in (I think it is his PS).

according to scott the grill is fine.. it wont have that weird design for the grille bars. thats only for the look of the concept.
heres the rear view i tried the best i can but i still dont get the wholething scott said about the line in the rear quater panel but when i see it ill know what he means.

here for proof i used the spy photo as a base. cant say its not exact

Seems like you guys in Holland have the same tax racket, I mean bracket (no I don´t, I really mean "racket"!!) as here in Portugal!
Goddamn corrupt politicians!!!

I believe same car in Germany or France costs about 20-30000 euros less ,:t-cheers:that´s good for a lot of diesel and a turbo or two if needed!!

I6 should make those "BMW-adepts" out there happy?

Yeah, Alpine, I realise this now :bonk: Thanks for correcting me, and keep up those nice PS jobs, it's good to see!

Basic 635d coupé is more or less 75 000€ (including 19.6% sales tax) in France and for 100 000/110 000€ you must have almost all optional equipment and Individual package.

My newest render using the grand "coupe" which still confuses me as of why its called a coupe when its a 4 door sedan :t-hands: But anyway heres the real deal 6 series Grand Coupe :t-cheers:

It was about comments that said the GC was ultra similar to the F10, your work shows that the future 6er has on the contrary its own identity.
