Alpine325ci has re-imagined his original interpretation of the F12 6er Coupe. On the right track???;)

Would you say anthing is wrong with this render? Would you change anything? It´s badass.

That looks very nice indeed. :usa7uh:

The only problem with viewing these renders is that it sets false expectations that are never going to be met when the car is officially unveiled. Everybody sees these renders and picks one they like the best and then hope the real thing looks like it. Invariably it doesn't, even if the real thing is nice anyway.

I'm keeping an open mind otherwise I may be disappointed.

I think you are wright, but oh god this pics is incredibly nice, if only it looks like that...

i have a feeling the blinker is not like that, i think it will be recessed a bit below the headlamp structure making a small triangular aperture with the bumper below it.

And think about this: the chop must be wrong enough for Scott to safely post it :)

Looks gorgeous though. But I'm missing some of the complex detailing talked about..

i tried my best with this one but with your help i can perfect it.:t-cheers:

Looks aweful. Those guys really have to stop using the current 6er as base of a chop...

i actually used the actual spy photo so its at the exact proportions. the lines above the door is just a guess:t-hands: and so is most of the rear. sorry to dissapoint ya

Here's my take on the next 6 series as posted in LLN.

You have great skills man, this last chop you made truly looks beautiful.
Great to see you made an account here on germancarforum.com. Great photoshoppers are always welcome! I sometimes halfa$$ pictures with MS Paint to make a point, but you make a work of art out of it :D

^
Would obviously not even be worth mentioning that you have the talent to do this to all car makes/brands I know that is a given fact, although IMO you have a 'feeling' of doing BMW great!:usa7uh: AND that is all that counts in my books:D

Apologies for the lack of blogging as I like many others have been rediscovering driving throughout Europe due to the Volcanic ash cloud.
Cross country cruising in a 635d Cabrio provided by BMW Italia.
Possibly the best engine available in the 6er today.

Unfortunately the activity within Iceland has cancelled the X3 shoot that was to begin this week. As does a liasion and scouting trip to look at architecture of Santiago Calatrava in Valencia in regards to a focal point to shoot the new 6er.

There are some details I recognise on Alpine325ci's rendering featuring on the new car , his headlights in shape and detail are almost exact, The front blinkers are recessed further it looks as if they are small intakes.
The sculpture along the flanks is almost exact , it is more prominent as it adds focus and muscle to the front and rear wheel arches.

Of all the renderings I have seen over the past few weeks , this is the closest. We should see FEP cars at late summer , providing that more in Germany and of course Hot Weather Testing in Death Valley will soon commence.
