Corvette (C7) [Spy Shots] 2013 C7 Corvette

The Chevrolet Corvette (C7) is the seventh generation of the Corvette sports car manufactured by American automobile manufacturer Chevrolet from 2014 until 2019. The first C7 Corvettes were delivered in the third quarter of 2013. The racing variants include the C7.R, which won the GTLM 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Thanks Sunny.

That does look promising, less angular than some of the illustrations floating around recently.

More pics for the Corvette C7.

Not digging the front end or the GTR style A pillars - if that indeed is the real deal. Between all the leaks and preview tests and ride alongs and chops, I can't tell anymore when/if a new car is actually released.
Looking at the 3D design drawings from the newest link and comparing it to the rendering done by Car&Driver, I will say that it is 99% close to the real deal.

I would say this is real close to the actual car, but some of the details are a little busy.

Not liking what I'm seeing AT ALL. Kind of like a GTR meets a Camaro. Looks like GM after 60whatever years are throwing the Vette playbook out and doing something very uncharacteristic. To me it comes off too "me-too" and almost at odds with itself (fighting itself in terms of what it's truly supposed to be).

Hopefully in person it's awesome because even though at this point the C6 is totally under the radar and not very exciting, I think the Corvette should remain staunchly American and Classic. I already didn't like the "Euro-isation" of the C6 though they pulled it off well as it looks like a very refined and tightened up C5.

Looking at the side profile, I see a F12 Berlinetta ripoff. That said I somewhat like it, though I do agree with rurella. Another thing that makes me torn is that I just can't stand the interiors of American or Asian cars, the Europeans do them so much classier.

I don't know where you see the F12 in the new 'Vette.
The design of the 'Vettes is as American as apple pie. They've always got the design and horsepower, its only problems are reliability, quality of materials (especially the interior), and handling.
