So, which is the best looking BENZ in the lineup right now?

I'm not gonna include the new SL, as it might be a bit "unfair" as it's the newest one that nobody has seen in person yet. So the old R230 SL applies.

I Voted E-Class. I find it to embody a mix between the W221's design language and the future design language well, thus giving it a more dynamic and interesting look than the 221, but retaining some of that classical M-B characteristic that isn't found in the side detailing of the CLS or some future renderings.

P.S: Multiple Choice is allowed.

Clearly the SLS roadster and the CL are the best looking Mercedes' in production right now. Followed by S-Class, E-Class Coupe and Convertible and the new ML.

There is no such thing as a "bad" looking Benz (If you don't count the GLK).

All the current Mercedes models look glorious in my opinion. SLS, S, CL and CLS are probably my favorite.....hard poll.

I went with S, CL, and SLS. I couldn't vote for the CLS, because it's brand new and the design hasn't been tested by time yet.

S: Let face it, even with newer competitors, there is nothing that matches the S-class.
CL: Without the facelift it was beautiful. With the facelift, it is magnificent.
SLS: It's very good looking, and it is different than any competitor without being weird.

The Sedan family. Interesting how they gave all the pictures a matte hue, and the CLS a high gloss one (from MBUSA website).

E looks best here, IMO.

I didn`t know it was allowed to vote more than a car. I voted only the Cls but my top 3 looks like this : 1.CLS 2. CL. 3. S class. and I think the whole lineup looks gorgeous. At the bottom of the top are A class, B class and GLK. A and B look good but I don`t like that class of cars, that segment.

SLS clearly, but if I take that one out.....

C63 sedan.

And MB cars I find extremely ugly are:

- new B
- GLK
- E coupe/E cabrio

E looks best here, IMO.

The S is the worst, the E is ok/pretty good, and the C and CLS are great.

I would say -

1. sls- hard to fault design but also perhaps a chance missed to take some risk
2. c class sedan- from what I recall penned by pfieffer who also did the 190 years earlier - all that a benz should be

on the negative side-

not a big fan of the much mentioned c class coupe with the honda accord kink
also keep going back and fro between love and hate with the cls the downward sloping line just makes it difficult- otherwise would have made a great next car choice
on a side note am hoping if the next s has a similar dropping shoulder its at least executed well enough to differentiate between the a/b....otherwise could be a fail for mb having a flagship so visually linked to the lesser bretheren

It`s a tough call for me. Most new Merc models shine brightly in there catagories and stand out better in design than there compeditors imo.
I would not only pick one because it`s beautiful.

Function of Design that makes a Mercedes stand out so well. This is the true beauty for each model imo.
