For me it's really close between Audi R8, Porsche 991 and Mercedes SLS Roadster.

Runners up: Audi A6, BMW Z4 and M3, Mercedes CL

Raspberry awards to Audi A1, A8, BMW 1er, X1, 5GT, Mercedes A, B, GLK, SL, CLS, Porsche Panamera and Cayenne.

I'd probably say the Audi R8 or the Mercedes CL. Though I agree with Marcus, way, way too many good looking vehicles to choose just one!

Luurve that SLS Roadster Gianclaudio. Good call. R8 Spyder comes to mind too as a result - damn fine looking car that too.

As for me personally, whilst I'd never say it's the best looking German car currently on sale, this is certainly one of my favourite looking ones still:

Oh god that S6 Tumbo posted is just magnificent...

For me, it has to be the S6(how do you say know that his pic), SL65 AMG, CLS63 AMG, M6, 911, and the Boxster. Oh god and the E63 is nice too. So is the M5. I think you know where this is going.

I think this thread should be renamed "the ugliest looking german car" since that would be WAY easier.

Replace S7 with R8, and that is my pretty much my list too.





Also love the Z4 design (not the car). One of the few designs I can't think of a single I would want to change.

6-Series and 911, those I can see for sure. There are very few ugly German cars sold in the U.S. really.
