E-Class (W211) Semi-Official pics of Mercedes-Benz E class facelift

The Mercedes-Benz W211 is the third generation of the E-Class range. Made from 2002 to 2009 in sedan/saloon (W211) and station wagon/estate (S211) configurations – replacing the W210 E-Class models and superseded by the Mercedes-Benz W212 in 2009. Production: January 2002 – April 2009 (sedan), February 2002 – June 2009 (station wagon).
wow damn those pics looks wierd.. i have to wait until i see some real ones

They are CAD drawings, except for the interior...but that's apparently what the car will look like with the exception of the dull looking paint.

If this is what the FL E class will look like, I think it has gone backwords in design terms! The front is less flowing, and less elegant! Good to see the rear has been left alone and the crome strip add to it!

Those photos don`t do the f/l jog much justice at all. Thay do look rather bad. I believe thay are just giving us the idea of what it looks like. Anyway it sound like we will get the E63 at the same time the others come along.:eusa_clap

Those are all really horrible photos of the E. Why would MB even release such ugly photos? :t-hands:

Well that is because those aren't official MB released photos.

I don't like that new grille either, too pointy at the bottom. Other than that I really don't see much else objectionable.

I do!

Check out the latest, good job on the steering wheel, nice switch, much needed:

:t-banghea :t-banghea the back is really horrible:eusa_doh: ,but interior is better with that bigger screen. The front is a bit sportier ,but less elegance

When the clean photos come out it will look stunning ,,,,, MB design is very promising especially with the latest models .

Ok, this grill has reallly grown on me. I think the car is going to look great! The grill is much much sharper and sportier than before. I think MB is going to get this one right. :usa7uh:

You're kidding right?

Nope. Not at all. Yes, I know the Opirus itself is an E-Class copy, but that new E-Class grille reminds me way too much of the Opirus.

Can we get that official press release today please?!?!!?

Rediculous ....:eusa_doh:

Oh gawd man stop.....It doesn't look anything like no darn Kia and Kia got that grille from a 1/2 dozen cars to begin with.

There hasn't been that much change on the FL E to make such a comparo. The current E looks basically the same so you must think the current car looks like that Kia too.

CLUE: Kia got that design from Mercedes and Jaguar, not the other way around.
