Different strokes for different folks.Ferrari has introduced a true supersport SUV. BMW will name a hummer body M.
Why do you bother answering him?Different strokes for different folks.
Demographically it targets a much broader market and will be much more popular due to its interior space, price and concept, the Ferrari is going for a slice of the 5,000 Urus per year and this one for a slice of the incredible 45,000/50,000 G-class per year. The XM could possibly be just as popular as the Ferrari.

Since it's BMW XM, it should be compared to G63 IMOI doubt BMW are expecting anything like that to be honest. For starters, the G-Class starts off with a 4 cylinder 2 litre engine and has a 40+ year fan base, but also the exclusive versions of the X7 that Dr. Robertson alluded to (that never appeared), had predicted volumes barely in the thousands, if that. The market for over priced ugly high performance super SUV's is only so big, and not all G-Class sales are part of that, so I don't think it represents that market share the XM wants a piece of. I'd say it's maybe in the 5-10k unit range if they're lucky - and that's mostly going to come from all the show-off 150k cars, not just the G-Class.
Well, I can only find G500 on Chinese MB website so this statement doesn't countG-Class starts off with a 4 cylinder 2 litre engine

Because I already took the time to answer you, consciously and respectfully about that "Hummer" comment and as if nothing, you repeat the same to see what provokes, as I say it is not worth responding to these things, I was wrong to do soYou're a little shy because you're always wrong when you answer me. The G-Class and XM have nothing in common and are not rivals. I don't understand why you are comparing. The G series is an iconic car designed for off-road driving. If the AMG department prepares a special SUV then it may be possible. There is currently no car to compare XM to Mercedes. That's fine, I'm confident when it comes time to compare sales numbers of the G-Class and XM you will only include G63 (or higher)![]()

I wouldn't compare apples to oranges, but I said IMO the more reasonable way is maybe that wayThat's fine, I'm confident when it comes time to compare sales numbers of the G-Class and XM you will only include G63 (or higher)![]()
Nope, I'm not curious at all...I'm sure I'm as curious as you are
There will be no model called the X8. It will only be sold as an M car. It will probably only be sold with the V8.Isn't 'XM' just the M version of the upcoming X8, which will come in mundane Diesel engines too?

Since I don't see it on their official page, probably is discounted and we will never knowI am. Always curious about proper numbers.
