In all honesty, I truly hate this kind of uptight attitude. I never knew that there was a dress code required to drive a car? In all honesty, I would be the type of guy who steps out of a RR in a tank-top, shorts and flip-flops. It's a car, get over it. If he has enough money to buy one, he take a sh!t in it for all that matters, so wearing an adidas warm-up is not a big deal. His car, his wardrobe, what's the problem?
It's all about respect.
Respect to the heritage & image the brand carries. Or any other thing not just the car / brand in that matter. Or even more: for other people.
It's just disrespectful to ignore all of that.

Imagine wearing all the stuff you've listed in eg. a church, temple or a mosque. Or in a gallery. Or museum.
You just don't wear eg. sportswear in some occasions. Some people obviously just don't care: either due being ignorant or arrogant or too self-centered. "Me, me, me, me .. It's all about me." NO IT ISN'T!
And I just don't have any respect for such people. Sorry.

And, yes. It's a problem ... some people having money & absolutely no manners. A huge problem. Money spent for wrong purposes.

Do you see the problem? Some people just don't get it. They don't see behind the surface. All they can see is a bling. Material things. Artifacts. Fake image. But they don't see the value behind. If the did they would have some respect to some stuff.
C'mon ... many people even collect art just because it's expensive & "cool".

To brag around.
As said ... I see no respect. And that makes me very sad.

Yes, I admit: I also hate suits ... And feel much better in casual cloths. Feel more free. In a T-shirt & jeans etc. But ... Due to respect for other people I wear suits in some occasions. And not only dut to respect for people but also respect for occasion (protocol), heritage, history etc - and the people behind that. Sometimes it's just rude to be too self-centered, saying "I feel better in casual clothes ... F..k the suits". It's about dignity as well. And maturity ... Showing confidence of not being afraid to fit in, and respecting others. And sometimes you just have to put "me" in a second place.

I'm always dressed casual, jeans and t-shirt or fully in sportswear, Adidas and Puma that is. That's how i feel comfortable, doesn't matter if i'm sitting in my office or in my car.
I'm familiar with that phenomenon.

Kind a very popular in the places of ours, isn't it.

Yet I still find it odd.
