Ghost Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II

The Rolls-Royce Ghost is a full-sized luxury car manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The "Ghost" nameplate, is named in honour of the Silver Ghost, a car first produced in 1906. The production model was officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Ghost Extended Wheelbase was introduced in 2011. During development, the Ghost was known as the "RR04". It was designed as a smaller, "more measured, more realistic car" than the Phantom, aiming for a lower price category for Rolls-Royce models.

That engine is weak. Should have taken out the whole window frame without a problem.

Or just steer a bit to the left and not hit the frame....

...but then again, it looks like a woman is laying on the ground there, and we all know how well they drive :D

CSI Matski say's it's a traction issue. Once the nose hit the post the car span it's wheels enough to rotate the back end to the left - as is evidenced by the rubber on the floor... guessin' the perp gave up.

I really hate the fact that they have sculpted the sleeker nose of the Wraith/Dawn on to the Ghost. It looks ungainly and dare I say bulbous on the Ghost. It fits well with Wraith/Dawn but it does not work well here.
Thankfully we will be seeing Ghost generation 2 prototypes shortly.

Disagree, prefer it to the Pre-FL. It looks modern and sleeker and not as monolithic.

"My word, Jeeves-SURF'S UP !"

Hahaha, I almost snorted my coffee while reading that.

They needed to make a Ghost estate.

They do, it's called the Cullinan. As a bonus it even has more ground clearance.

Jokes aside, if you got a fortune to give the good folks at Goodwood, I am sure they could arrange a Ghost Estate for you. Maybe if you tell them the Sultan of Brunei sent you, you won't get a discount but he might on his next purchase. ;)

I wonder, does that family still splurge on insane purchases like they did in the past?

It's time for a redesign.

M

The problem is if they replace the Ghost too soon, Wraith and Dawn sales would die prematurely since they're so closely associated. They're going to let it sit for 2-3 more years and focus on the Cullinan and Phantom, and their upcoming special editions.
