I love it and I love the cany paintwork.
i think this generation of say Phantom and Ghost are still going the traditional way using old-school styled interior designs but i do hope that in the next full re-design, or other upcoming models, they will find some much more modern way to interpret the tradition.

The Ghost is our template for the next 7er especially in how standard and long wheelbase are positioned.
The long wheelbase receives extra chrome detailing in some specifications.
Then if we get to the 9er which is currently making friends on its tour to justify its future existence , BMW realise that they need that car but they need customer approval and acceptance for BMW in this exclusive segment.
But they know it is a car that can allow BMW to step above the S-Klasse and its forthcoming extended variants offering exclusivity and individuality in abundance but still be a pure BMW.
Why do VW have Phaeton and A8? Well maybe that only proves your point actually since Phaeton wasnt successfulI think a 9 series is doomed from the start, why would anyone buy one? If the 7 is supposed to match the S, why try to go above the S, when you have two models from RR which already do?
