Agree with the interior comment,but I can live with that,because it's a high quality,comfortable and never-look-dated interior.They have aimed high and delivered an exterior with details and touches you would only expect on a very expensive car. My issue is the disconnect between the interior and exterior.
From behind the wheel the view is very run-off-the-mill VW/Seat/VAG look with no curves or touches that match the drama of the exterior. Visually the interior looks 2nd class compared with the one of the Audi A5 which is cost as much but is more conservative on the outside.

Seen it several times now in the "flesh". As Always, in the eyes of the beholder, but what an ugly, bad designed car. The former Passat CC wasn't a looker, but at least didn't hurt my eyes. This one does. Side profil is worst part of the whole design: rear part seems to be incongruent with the front part, the big wheels (I guess 20 ") look ridiculous. And than that sound... More 4 cylinder it can't come.
