But who will post then?Gentlemen,
As mentioned in another well known controversial thread, and from now one, if there is any intent to start attacking each other where things will go off topic and offensive, every participating member in that discussion will be immediately and permanently thread banned without further notice, and there are no exceptions.
I'll remove the off topic discussion from this thread, and I will consider that everyone has been informed by now.
All members are free to post what they feel about what they want to discuss, providing that they refrain from the tiresome and repetitive personal attacks that take the whole thread off track. But who will post then?
That's the extended wheelbase version, the black badge version will probably come out in a yearI am pleased to say that just like Cullinan Black Badge, Ghost Black Badge does not suffer from the same “wheels look too small in the arches” heavy body syndrome as the standard Ghost.
I know. Seen pictures of Black Badge earlier. That's the extended wheelbase version, the black badge version will probably come out in a year![]()
Oh, my bad. I'm guessing you can't share them? Do you happen to know the release date?I know. Seen pictures of Black Badge earlier.
It’s like they added mass for the sake of adding it. It does nothing to enhance the look and actually makes the car look bulky and ungainly. Hopefully the lifespan is shorter than 10 years or they clean it up with the facelift.
To my eye that is precisely one of things that makes the new car look more modern and the old car immediately dated but to each his ownThe C-Pillar shape of the new Ghost is joined together with the boot at an inclined fashion compared to the previous one (3-box shape)
Works far better in darker hues.
Agree with this.
I have found a couple changes that that look rather funny compared to the previous Ghost and to me, just does not work well visually.
The C-pillar in my view-point, holds the entire design together. Mess with that too much and it will spin the design off a bit.
The C-Pillar shape of the new Ghost is joined together with the boot at an inclined fashion compared to the previous one (3-box shape), though the mass of the C-Pillar is the same it appears, the designers added a larger chrome strip.
These elements add a bit too much visual weight to the C-Pillar and the entire car imo.
The shorter rear doors on the new one seems to be a design clash with the rake of the C-Pillar and boot area, looks ungainly.
