This pretty much sums it up.

Can the future SSP+ Taycan match or even exceed the "pinnacle of suspension engineering" featured in the J1.2 ? Of course, in terms of software and e-motors, the SSP+ will be vastly superior.

We will not know for sure until 2028-29 at the earliest.

Also, rumours have it that the successor to the J1.2 Audi etron GT (yes, there apparently will be a SSP+ successor) will be presented prior to the official presentation of the SSP+ Taycan. Audi requires a "halo" to showcase the "Radical Next" design paradigm. The differences between the two cars will be far more pronounced than is currently the case.
