Huayra [Official] Pagani Huayra

The Pagani Huayra, named after the Quechua god of wind, Huayra-tata, is the successor to the Pagani Zonda.
For the past year or so,a roadster version was circling the rumor mill, any truth to it?(i.e. any evidence,as in cars spotted during testing and so on?)

^roadster will be out in 14.. there will be one for sure..no doubt!

Brings back memories....

Wait til you see them side by side in real life, the Huayra looks much more sophisticated.

See, I don't doubt that for a second. And that's why it doesn't appeal to me as much, I guess. The Zonda I've likened to something more feral and unpolished whereas Huayra is relatively grounded.

Stunning vehicle. Finally got to see one in person yesterday at the Dallas Auto Show. I didn't even know these were road legal here now, but apparently they are. There is even a dealer here now. The one on hand was a naked carbon fiber example. Price, 1.4M to start. Mind blowing vehicle.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful detail on that car and engine! I just love Pagani Zonda and Huayra they are just so exquisite!

Now that AMG have a brand new V8 based on double it's 2.0ltr 4 cylinder I wonder if they will create a brand new 6.0ltr V12 engine based on the 4 cylinder and V8 as the current V12 used in the Pagani, S65/SL65 is getting outdated.

Yeah, they were in NYC and I missed it . Damn it.
There was one delivered @ Miller Motorcars in CT.

Pagani Huayra Dinastia special edition
Limited to three units
Pagani has announced the Huayra Dinastia special edition which will be limited to only three examples.

The limited-run Huayra will serve as a celebration for the establishment of Pagani China Automotive Limited (PCAL) operations in China and Macau. The main theme will be the dragon which has a significant spiritual role in China and Pagani chose to build only three units (out of a 100-unit allocation for China) because the "number 3 pronounced in Chinese language sounds like the character sheng, which is the meaning of life, new birth."

Horacio Pagani himself selected three different colors (blue, gold, red) for these three carbon fiber-bodied Huayras and the cars have been previewed in a series of renders as well as highly detailed scale models showing dragon accents both inside and out.

Like the standard Huayra, the Dinastia special edition will be powered by an AMG twin-turbo V12 6.0-liter engine rated at 700 bhp (522 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm). Tipping the scales at 1,350 kg (2,975 lbs), the Huayra needs only 3.3 seconds to cover the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) sprint and tops out at 230 mph (370 km/h).
