The BMW G70 is the seventh generation of the BMW 7 Series. Model codes: G70 (short-wheelbase), G71 (long-wheelbase), and G73 (high-security). It has an electric variant, the BMW i7, along with Inline 6 740i and V8 760i models. Predecessor: BMW G11. Production: July 2022-

Good to see its having a good start. For a similar price tag this car is a no-brainer! Obviously looks are subjective to individuals but besides that, there's not really any strong reasons for not trying an equal or better s-class alternative.

They’re selling like CRAZY in Turkiye. So many different specs. Many of them are on sale as well. Whoever said that this car was gonna “flop” was definitely not right lol. Hater trolls can go and cry I guess.

This car needs the M treatment. I love BMWs in SE trim but this is the first model I am still trying to get to grips with in SE trim, although some pictures it looks quite good. Ok M trim is loud and in your face and has the gloss black trim but its solid, grounded, looks more futuristic and clean and helps the massive kidneys and lights. This car is all about making an impression and I think gone are those days of soft, minimalstic luxurious designs..

M Sport looks better imo. So far I’ve only seen couple non M-Sport models.
Does anyone has a picture of a black/burgundy black interior in real? The configuration tool just shows red, but I saw a sample at the dealer and it seems completely different. I ordered this at my dealer for my new 7, but would like to see it in some picture to be sure... I still have time to change it, ordered today, expected delivery December at the earliest

Congrats again! Wow, you are one lucky person...what engine and trim have you ordered? These next 11-odd months are going to be painstakingly hard to go through! Thanks. It is a 740d. Currently driving a 3y old 730d.
Ordered it with an M-pack after serious doubting... Especially in lighter colors I like the standard one more for sure. But I don't like the white headlining of the non-M version as it is offered here. M includes comfort seats and black headlining. And if you want a black ceiling on a non-M, since you need to add extra features (everything is in option packs) the cost of a non-M is only €400 less of a M-pack... Taking into account the rest value, I opted for the M-pack in a black color.
On pictures I love the non-M pack, but have not seen it in real life...
The 740d is the only diesel option offered. All the rest in Europe offered is electric or hybrid.
Waiting time is this long here. Hybryd is not for this year anymore, completely sold out, some electric vehicles are still available. Diesel is end of the year or beginning next year. Is like this for all dealers in my country. It seems people like these ugly cars

I don't want an electric one (takes too long to charge imo and I would not feel comfortable when battery is low to get home). I am still a lover of a combustion engine that relives after 5 min refuelling for a long range. Charging options are also too low here... Community of 10.000 persons only 2 public charging points. There is still a way to go... Also afraid that current electric car will be like smartphones. Outdated after 5 years... Hybrid is only interesting for financial reasons here of which I cannot benefit. Real consumption of a hybrid is much more if you cannot fully use electric range. And this combined with a smaller fuel tank, I would visit the fuel station too often... Therefore diesel engine... low consumption, high range...

The G11 LCI still looks fantastic and a complete head turner. The rear tail lighting is the cherry on the cake...maybe the most solid looking rear end on a 7er. The pre-Lci G11 is more of a beauty peice...
