I think it will be ignored like gesture control. Most cars sold with this option will have their screens forgotten on the ceiling. It will be asked to be removed later and this screen will be history in the 2029 7 series. Save this post.

I wonder what you will say when Mercedes copy this.

I think that’s a giant leap. Chauffeur services and press drives are almost all done with the passenger seat like that to ensure everyone gets the full experience in the rear seat. I see Maybachs doing the same thing.

Doubt that many people are itching to watch the screen on regular trips.
These were almost certainly driven by BMW employees.

Still looking cool.
Specially the rear is 1000x better then the new one. The rear of the new one is abnormal ugly :/

The i7 xDrive60 launched in Thailand with three different variants (imported from Germany). The combustion and hybrid powered models are likely to be released in 2023.

Last gen 7-er's were assembled at Rayong, I'd have thought the combustion an hybrid powered models will be also, if not the i7.

Yes, the G12 is locally assembled in Rayong. I think the M.H.E.V. and P.H.E.V. variants of the G70 are going to be built in the Rayong sometimes around 2023. From the way that the G12 lineup in Thailand is offered: 730Ld and 745Le xDrive. I guess the G70 is going to start with the 740d xDrive, 750e xDrive and even M760e xDrive which is familiar with the German and European lineups.

For the B.E.V., I have heard a news about how BMW Thailand is planning to expand the Rayong factory to assemble the fully electric vehicles because at this moment they have to imported the i4 and iX from Germany along with the iX3 from China (while the conventional X3 is still made in Thailand). So, the i7 C.K.D. (S.K.D.) is possible.

BMW’s plan to expand the Rayong Plant.

Nautilus, worth only a fraction of the price, from an acoustic point of view, in my humble opinion.
I believe you right away, because I have no idea about it’s accoustic qualities. Only know it’s ridiculous expensive and I like the design.

Damn. On the outgoing model the optional 21” wheels looked ginormous, now the car grew so much that 21’s look so small compared to the sheet metal lol. Needs at least 22’s or even 23’s maybe.
