Not bad with those Maybach B-pillar guards

The 7 needs a darker upper colour before the Chrome B-pillar is really noticeable. Would have been interesting to see it with the upper and lower colours swapped around.

From that perspective it seems that the whole car was designed around the kink.

An element that could be subtle before, today it must be as it is here, either in chrome / polished aluminum or in black trim it is obvious above everything else

Troll Alert!!!

Choice of colour will be a key purchase decision; dark metallics are the way to go - especially when opting for M-Sport.

But opting for the M sport shouldn't be done in the first place! The front looks so much better without that half finished M pack design...
Sadly near everything I see is with that M pack front. And with black grille which makes it even worse.

Ladies and Gents, the German 'luxury' world is about to change with this new 7er so brace yourselves tight! Those pictures in the White in the night time posted by @Jacke - unbelievable machine this car looks like in the nightime.. so fierce and sharp in M-Sport in White. Imagine driving on the highway at night with one of those behind your tale!

@SCOTT27 The Matt Grey M-Sport with the Chrome package looks just perfect buddy! Thanks for posting those pics + the following interior shots - We have a car to actually look forward to in this 'wierd and doubtful' time we are living in.

I really like the Standard trim but the M-Sport with the Chrome package has won me I think. The luxury of the Verticle kidney louvres and the sportiness of the M-Sport bumper is a hand-in-hand combination - its a beautiful combination and works so well on BMW M-Sport models. This was especially spectacular on the E60s, E9Xs on M-Sport with the chrome grille - never really liked the Black non chrome grilles on those models bar the double-louvred Black grilles - they look so great on the E92 LCI.

But this 7er is looking eveb better as we see more and more real life pictures - most of the press pics didn't justify this car back when it was released- it is these real life pictures that are revealing how well designed this car is.

Do we have pictures of the interior without the crystal interior trim? What other options are available?

The front looks alot better with the standard non M-sport bumper and with light metallic colours. But this car probably more that any other car I can think of is very colour and spec sensitive.
