Mercedes has to make new Bespoke Maybach 57 & 62-like models with nothing linked to the S-class whatsoever to rival the Phantom & Phantom
LWB head-on , would be really awesome really.

Just think about this:
• Suspension smoother than E-Active Body Control
• DOHC Closed Deck M279
• Physical IWCs, Rare Wood Materials,Metal air vents\speakers all while having 2030s level tech.

Not like they don’t have the funds to do it considering how much they spent tryna make the EQ cars the future anyway

Two days ago, the world premiere of the new S-Class Maybach (Z223) took place in Shanghai. Only one day later, the order was approved.
In Europe, there will be a 6-cylinder plug-in hybrid and two V8 models. All models have all-wheel drive. The V12 will only be offered outside Europe.
Private customers receive a 5% discount.
The S 580 V8 is slightly cheaper than the S 580e 6-cylinder plug-in hybrid. The S 680 with 612 hp (identical output to the S 680 V12) starts at EUR 234,953.60 before discount.

But People who buy these cars usually keep their assets in companies for tax reasons.

I think that I get this. However, isn't that a bit complicated in the context of attracting the precise scrutiny of tax authorities ? We are talking about a very large, very expensive and very luxuriously appointed vehicle as an "asset" that may be construed as being "far too lavish".

Maybe things are a bit different in Switzerland than in Germany.
