Ok this car looks hot,

Interior has a lot of real chrome and wood. Chrome around the window switches, around speaker grills. I mean there is chrome all over the car. Wood is also sprinkled well. Even the dome lights look very high quality. The dials look very nice. The light switch looks to be very similar from the S Class. Even the gear box looks very nice, they could definitly improve on the stick.
The indicator stalk and the cruise control stalk have the nice touch of the chrome and reflecting plastic similar to the new M,E,S .

I look at the interior and have to say wow. It is lot better than the Lexus, BMW and the Audi interior. I think the materials will be topnotch.

Also the i like the where the NAVI screen sits, and I might actually like the popup screen. Atleast good dust protection. Come on Even an Aston Martin has a popup screen. I think to the SClass route it would have been more expensive, and frankly might look fugly. Atleast the interior has a vibe for younger generation.

Are we expecting ambient lighting in the space between the top dash and the bottom, ala S-Class?

I like where the nav screen sits also, and I beleive it was done that way due to new regulations that nav screens have to sit higher on the dash more in line with the view of the driver. Looks great.

Mercedes is really climbing back to the peak it fell from.and climbing very fast indeed,all the new Mercedes interior's are topnotch.

I got a note from MB that they are going to stream the intro of the new C LIVE at 18:50 CET...anyone know what that time is for the US in Eastern Standard or Pacific Standard time?

About the rear, I'm loving it.

Seriously, I've always liked the new rear of the C-Class from the moment we saw those pictures of the car without camo. To me, the rear lights are an evolution of the R171 SLK and maybe even the new CL.
