I want an SL again.....even this SL550 has become lust worthy to me now.

M

Serves you right for ordering a BMW. :D

Hehe just j/k Marcus.

The SL is once again worthy of lust. The SL63 AMG has done the trick for me, it has even make the SL550 more desirable, well that and seeing the SL550 again this past week. Looking at the video, clearly IMO the high points were the original, the R129 and the R231. The R230 was an innovator, but not much more than the R129. The R129 brought some serious things to the table. Love the lineage here. Now watch as the SL becomes the must have convertible this summer.

In the Sl63 Trailer video it just looks so beautiful...Their is a part where you just see the headlight it looks amazing in that shot i think when we see this car in real its going to be a absolute beauty...

I remember MB presented the SL63/65 duo at the same time last time, did they ditch the 65 version this time?

Wow, the cover pic to that Youtube is showing an AWFUL angle for the car. Too huge of weirdly shaped headlights, too small a grille. I'm almost thinking the AMG grill is too small for the cartoon-y large shapes up front now.

How did the new SL look and "feel" in person?! I think everyone's clamoring to know, considering the pics are so hit or miss.
