Official: Mercedes-Benz Shooting Break Concept

the interior is cool, except the control panel where i see less elegance than the current CLS
I also hate how Benz is getting the more BMW look
The front look less elegant as well, perhaps an AMG bumper will help a lot

The glass roof, side mirrors, rims, exterior retractable door handles are perfect though

imagine this car in sedan form :icondrool

It will be amazing!

My friend privately asked Mr. Wagner if the CLS production car looks identical to the SB as for the front and side creases,he said YES.

I think the only difference in the front are the two bar grille and some LEDs on the lateral air intakes, then you change the mirrors, and the door handles and et voila!

The new CLS is going to be fantastic - without question.

Rich farkers are so spoiled for choice these days. Cocks. :)

MB were the inventors of the four door coupe and with this gorgeous Shooting Break concept they are giving the rivals a lesson in how it's done properly -- feminine accented with muscular contours and invigorating design

What car is this suppose to be in the future.
The design is a disaster and hopefully its just a design study. Not much on the car I find attractive. :eusa_naug

You dislike the current CLS aka "banana car" too, so no surprise there.

:t-cheers:

I like it a lot. Even the side crease work better IRL than I expected. :usa7uh: The rear lights are very un-MB-like but I guess they want to explore something completely new and different.

Not a big fan of the hood shutline but it's interesting how the ConceptFascination previewed the front light graphics.

The interior is what I like the most. It's almost perfect! And after many years finally a beautiful steering wheel by MB! :eusa_clap It has the new more angular buttons for controlling the COMAND system.
I only wonder why the car doesn't have the newer A/C controls like the E-Class...

The silver buttons below the volume control / number buttons are certainly going to be on the CLS as they have also been seen in the spy shots of the ML:

CLS? this is Wagon or 5er GT opponent or something. I dont see what this has to do with what I think about CLS :t-hands:

Well this is essentially the CLS, just wagon version of it. The front lights are identical, the creases on the side will be just like that on the CLS and the taillights will be very similar.

To be honest, I'd love to see a CLS Wagon make it to production, because this concept looks so freakin' good!

I have a feeling that it will. Especially if they get good feedback. I think it will surely be a hit. I don't even like wagons, but even I would considering buying this.
