I don't like this car at all, b/c I don't like the CLS too much to begin with, and even more, I love the E class state so much I don't have eyes for any other wagon :D

I'm sorry, but that isn't the production model. I made the same mistake a few months ago and then quickly realized it was the Beijing concept. Most M-B concepts have their German patents filed around the date of release unlike production models, so this being filed on March 24, 2010 and the design cues point to it being the Shooting Break Concept. See what I mean here, then compare the spy photos back to back.
 
It resembles the shape of the A4 Avant which is a killer in the looks department. I think it will look brilliant.

I wonder what the CLS shooting break would look like with a traditional grille and a three pointed star on the hood?
