Mercedes announced a new CW benchmark of 0.22 for the W223 - see their press release.
But that’s not true for all the various base models having classic door handles, because they have a CW of 0.24 or 0.25.
Which means that the new S-class is equal or even worse with respect to aerodynamics than its predecessor.
This (mostly worse as compared to W222) holds also true for:
- weight
- acceleration
- CO2 emission
