S-Class W222 [Official] Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W222)

The Mercedes-Benz W222 is the sixth generation of the Mercedes Benz S-Class produced from 2013 to 2020, serving as the successor to the W221 S-Class and predecessor to the W223 S-Class. The W222 has a similar design theme to the C-Class (W205) and E-Class (W213).
Good eye, Rolf. That's exactly the case, the separation disappears and a onepiece screen comes in return.
I don't know if I like this one screen Mick, maybe front view head-on it will look okay but I still like the separation into 2 screens better. One thing for sure this will probably be the biggest screen ever installed in a production car, 24inches across!!!:t-woohoo:

Better get used to that giant screen. Judging by the concept at CES the W223 will end up looking like this :p:

Although this 'style' doesn't appeal to most of us - this is what younger and future generations expect from a car. They are born with screens all around them - not just in the living room, but in their hands, in the buses, in the restaurants, at the metro/railway/bus stations, at the airport, in the classrooms...
Progress has its 'price', I guess.

In the picture above by Rolf I just think the S class Dash and Instrument cluster is amazing love that angle and shot..I think the long one piece will look good to.

The two-spoke steering wheel is a joy to use and I prefer it to the three-spoke wheel.

When cruising on a highway (my S500 does not have lane change assist) and I can just hold the steering wheel at the 6 o'clock position and rest my wrists.

714, really like the leather color combo and wood trim. Well done.
Thanks hoff... This was the first car that I didn't just buy off the lot. Hoping to switch to a facelift S-Klasse in 2018, going to be tough deciding between exclusive Nut Brown/Black or Crystal/Seashell Grey...
