Maybe it's because I don't hang out in the right places... but the blue reminds me a bit of the lights they use to deter drug users.

I'm all for a classic warm white.... Which it seems isn't on offer at all ?

i'm missing the legendary Mercedes-Benz cockpit light 'BERNSTEIN' for the ambi-light - i realy do!

This color was in all Mercedes models from 1960's till 2013 (till the facelifted W221).

For me this is still the most classy, nobel and restrained color for the interior...and i think it would be just great in the W222.

All this new colors are too strong (i know you can set the intensivity, but still)

i said with STRONG lights, i know that the first was the W221 but there the ambilight was gentle)..

Sitting in the car (especially in the rear), I think the ambient lighting is breath taking and awe inspiring. But to each his own....
