EQS (V297) [Official] Mercedes-Benz EQS

The Mercedes-Benz EQS (V297) is a battery electric full-size luxury liftback car produced by Mercedes-Benz Group and part of the Mercedes-Benz EQ family. Production: May 2021- Model years: 2022–
The two motors are not identical. The rear is 245kw and the front is 140kw. Mercedes is quite conservative with their safety margins as a rule so I’m not putting much credence in these assumptions.

Agreed.

They supposedly even favoured the 400V architecture because it allowed the battery charging capacity they wanted to achieve battery life longevity, which they warrant at 10 years. 2 more years than what Porsche is offering on the Taycan. Not an insignifcant number given the cost of these vehicles.

..." in addition, the design, in as well as outside, is significantly more attractive and the package with its' space efficiency far more well-contemplated."

not at all
you have to read more carefully
i was talking about the EQS design snd not his charging time and acceleration ?

The car is "narrow, wide..." is the oxymoron. Perhaps you need to have a look at a dictionary.

No i dont.
It is narrow and it is wide.
Look at the numbers

In English "Narrow" and "Wide" are typical antonyms for the width of something. It would not have both qualities at the same time.

Conversationally, the adjectives you might use to describe the proportions of car are as follows...

Height: Tall (opposite: Low)
Width: Wide (opposite: Narrow)
Length: Long (opposite: Short)

Simply in order to clarify, Martin:

As I have the suspicion that the contributor to whom I was replying to has a far better command of the German language (he's stated that he's studied automotive design at the Hochschule Pforzheim) than that of the English language, I thought that I would accomodate him. Nothing more intended.
