Ok now I understand, so it seems that they did not do very well in life
it shows the progression of the Daimler company. They started with the first engine car, now they have the best electric car with the best aerodynamic ???

It will sell to a certain customer for sure, just not Mercedes-Benz traditionalist. Admittedly a dying breed at this point.

Sonder you will really photoshop every new picture appearing about the car? I get that you like it so much and wanna show people that it’s nice but you are only discrediting the car this way even more....

That’s exactly what I was thinking, seeing @Merc1 picture of it.It often reminds of a Passat CC. That's a whole lot of prestige.
Creative thinking @Sunny ?Thee rear lights looked familiar, just couldn't place it till now -

I think I figured the plot for this car - Wagner got high one day and fell into a hot tub time machine, woke up in LA in the 2000s surrounded by Hondas and Fords and then came back just in time to finish the EQS...

These are very unflattering shots of the EQS. The Tesla S parked next to it, featuring an exterior design that has (save some facelifts) been accessable to consumers for the past 9 some years, really highlights the awkward ungainliness of the EQS' exterior. Franz von Holzhausen and his team presented an impressive piece of automotive exterior design-and the Tesla S has aged so gracefully.
Didn’t he (Robert Lesnik) design the W222 as well?
