It's like that at BMW too, imo. Press pics usually do not look good initially.

Finally AMG is going back to tasteful design again. IMO the E55 is prettier than the E63 and I like what I see in those photos. My projection is that the E63 will be presented in China.
Could be. China is becoming pretty exiting if this is true; BMW will launch the new V12 there as well.
that must be an early tester for the AMG. No spoiler, no smoked rear tail lights. And I hope they put the power domes on the hood.
Good to see the wide body on the front.
Considering the CLS and other coupes in the US have it, I would hope MBUSA would allow this option to make it's way to the E class too.I doubt it Marcus, that's for the mighty S-Class![]()

I do not see how this is the case. S classes are luxury sedans, and every S starting with the 126 has had 4 place seating as an option, including the US market. Furthermore, the 124 E had it as an option on every model, also in the US. Since 4 place will be available in Europe, I do not see why it should not be available in the US also, considering MB is trying to push the model upmarket?CLS, being a coupe, makes sense to have the 4 seat configuration, but the E-class is marketed here as an upscale midsize luxury sedan, so it doesn't make sense to have the 4 seat config here.![]()
