We get it directly from our dealer - but I also order one for free before:

Mercedes-Benz Deutschland - E-Klasse - E-Klasse Limousine

And then on the left side is a little picture of the E-Class and the link is called:

"E-Klasse Historienbuch"

There you can order it for free…
