E-Class (W213/C238/A238) [Official] Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupé (C238)

The Mercedes-Benz W213 is the fifth generation of the E-Class range. It succeeded the W212 E-Class models. The coupe/convertible models (C238/A238) share the same platform as the sedan/wagon, in contrast to the previous generation. Production: February 2016–2023. Model years: 2017–2023.
One of the nicest spec E 400 coupe around, diamond white with two tone nappa leather interior.

^^
Gorgeous! In photos one might shrug it off as just another Mercedes coupe but in the right spec the car shines. The extra width and length over the C-Coupes makes it look chunkier and better proportioned.

With this car, Mercedes have resurrected the W124 Coupe. An elegant coupe without attention seeking styling seen on the 6-Series, A7 and CLS.

Yet you prefer the overwrought Audi over the gloriously proportioned and pure CLS, save the aggressive front and rear of the CLS. :p

Ha! I wouldn't call the CLS pure as it and the A7 are design rather than form driven. Every visual detail is there to either entertain, seduce, puzzle or provoke, while the E-Coupe is devoid of frivolous details. Both approaches have their rightful place.

The 43 AMG version will add a bit of sex appeal to the E-Coupe and give it greater visibility.

The devil is in the details and it looks much better than I expected.

My only complaint (other than my personal taste not being close to MB's current design language) is that the lower dashboard should be anything other than this hideous piano black.

Hi I'm a new member here, just ordered a Red E300 coupe with AMG pack in Indonesia, total cost is about US150,000 including taxes. Delivery is scheduled to be around May 2018. Well, that is the problem for buying cars in this country, lots of taxes and long delivery for imported cars.

Regarding the central console, according to the Mercedes configurator, there several color of wood to choose: black matte finish and light brown matte finish which is nice in my opinion.

I will use this forum for any reference regarding this car.

This weekend driving in London I saw two E coupe one white and one greyish colour they are beautiful cars and look so stunning On The road ...Having owned the previous E coupe I must say this one looks much more classy and yet dynamic and definately has more presence on the road ...It looks stunning in my opinion.

No one read the title of my post?which says "E53 Coupe&Cabrio".o_O:ROFLMAO:
LOL yeah, I thought these cars won't be ready until the 2nd half of the year, perhaps that is only for the E 53 sedan.

Does anyone know if the coupe/convertible headlight is exactly the same as the sedan headlight as far as shape and size?

  • Mercedes-AMG E53 4Matic+ Coupe 4.4sec 0-62mph, 155mph top speed, 200g/km CO2, 1970kg weight
  • Mercedes-AMG E53 4Matic+ Cabriolet 4.5sec 0-62mph, 155mph top speed, 201g/km CO2, 2055kg weight

Sweet lord that's a menacing coupe. Finally it has received the treatment it deserves.

Mark my words it will look the business in real life. Not too long like the S-Coupe or to squashed like the C-Class.

I'll take the coupe with the cabrio alloys!
