E-Class (W212/C207/A207) [Official] Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe (C207)

The Mercedes-Benz W212 is the fourth generation of the E-Class range. It is the successor to the W211 E-Class. Body styles: four-door sedan/saloon (W212) and five-door estate/wagon (S212). Coupé and convertible models of the W212 E-Class generation are W204 C-Class based and known as the C207 and A207, replacing the CLK-Class (C209 and A209) coupé and cabriolet. Production: March 2009 – January 2016 (sedan), December 2009 – May 2016 (station wagon).
According to jesmb.de, the E-Coupe will be receiving the new linear LEDs and the AMG sport will retain the boomerang ones. The first cars with these LEDs will debut in early December.

Yesterday I have found this in the Mercedes Spanish website
Sin título.webp

By the way, only for those who understand spanish, I have upload a new video about the E-Coupé: YouTube - berkonte's Channel

What is going on with MB? They are changing their LED's every month?

Probably they noted, that the customers like to have a more straight design. Those new LEDs really improved the design at the Sedan version, but the Coupé also looked perfect with the older designed LEDs.

The car looks REALLY weird in that photo. look squished.

The E Coupe must be ordered with the AMG pack, without it looks terrible, mainly because of that stupid looking front bumper.

BTW, just a small detail changed for the worse. The E-Coupe does no longer comes with the press pics rear view mirrors, which were the same ones than the FL CLS had. Instead of them, the car comes with the ones of the E Sedan, S-Class, and C-Class, so now all the Benzes have the same mirrors, the squared ones.

Almost all except for at least SL, ML, GL, G, SLK, SLS, A-Class and B-Class. ;)

I much prefer those to the previous ones, they looked out of place and quite out-fashioned.

Still, not a car I like that much...

I really like the new CLS steering wheel. :usa7uh: Especially as IMO MB has had the worst looking steering wheels of the big three for a few years now.

This car looks way better in the metal than photos for some odd reason.

Interesting. The E-coupe is an enigma to me. Most of the time I can say I haven't really liked it. Those pics of it in red above don't look very good. What changed my mind was just the other day I walked passed one in white and it looked incredible.

Did I claim it was an accurate measure? Which is why I was wondering if anyone has any numbers.

Anyway, must be nice to start the new year with your undies in a tight little wad?
