GT [Official] McLaren Grand Tourer

The McLaren GT is a two seat grand tourer designed and manufactured by the British automobile manufacturer McLaren Automotive. It is the company's first dedicated grand tourer and is based on the same platform underpinning the 720S with the addition of a carbon fiber rear deck topped by a glazed tailgate creating significantly greater storage capacity.
Same here. Charm and class through simplicity. It looks effortless (to these eyes).
Agree, But in a certain aspect that thin line is erased with the subtlety of the appropriate color and the chrome trim, this car practically re-invents a category that could be called "SuperGT", it is a very color dependent car, the metallic paint ones (blue, copper, etc, as in the photos above), they apply to the "GT" idea that McLaren offered, but in hard colors with the wheels in black, it's just another McLaren SuperHiper ....., very difficult to differentiate between the others.

very difficult to differentiate between the others
As someone who has trouble differentiating between his shoes, the grand tourer is the only McLaren model that stands out to my taste. Obviously flashy colours like orange are out of the question - as a matter of personal taste.

That's what I mean, in certain colors it stands out as something different and with others it is much more similar to the rest of the line

This could be Mclaren's R8. A mid engined super car but with good day to day comfort and sound insulation.

I am slowly warming up to it.

I watched this earlier today. What I found most interesting is their remark of this being the softest McLaren in the line-up.

Great that Carfection were able to fit their luggage and camera equipment in the car. It's impressive and a substantial improvement over a BMW i8 which can hold a briefcase in the boot.

I can see the Mclaren GT serving the role as a supercar that owners just drive and aren't concerned about clocking mileage in.

Looking at it, you wouldn't think that the front trunk can hold two small suitcases.

Red and black substancially enhance the appeal of the car. Review starts at 7.18.
